 Qualification:

 1. Post Graduate with  Bachelor's Degree in Library and Information Science in addition to computer skills.

2. 35 wpm speed in English or 30 wpm speed in Hindi

3. 5 years service as regular Librarian Gr.II or

    8 years service as regular Librarian Gr.III
